We created the OMA; Morocco Africa Cultures and Development Organization, so that this organization works
for the promotion of culture, cooperation, development of Africa and the development of partnership
between Morocco and Sub-Saharan Africa.
We are convinced that Morocco, which has ancestral roots deeply rooted in Africa and a situation
strategic geographic location at the crossroads of continents can be an asset for publicizing African culture and promoting
its development and the development of Africa.
For our part, the definition of development that we retain is the qualitative and sustainable improvement of a
economy and its operation. By culture we mean all social structures and events
artistic, religious, sports intellectuals who define a group, a society in relation to another.
