« The government of the Republic of Chad requests HEM Jan Christian Gordon Kricke, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany, to leave Chadian territory within 48 hours », says a press release signed by the Minister of Communication , Aziz Mahamat Saleh.

Some sources who commented on this measure suggested that the German diplomat, in office since July 2021, would be blamed for his “interference in the internal politics of Chad” and “derogatory and tendentious remarks” likely to disrupt social cohesion in this country. from central Africa.
More than that, Gordon Kricke has already received several « calls to order », without success.
