For Secretary of State Chrysoula Zacharopoulos, this monument is « a call to awaken all consciences to what human beings have been able to commit most atrociously in their history ».
The work will be erected on « the left bank not far from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and just opposite, on the opposite bank, the monument to the memory of the victims of the Armenian genocide », specifies your, knowing that the city of Paris will launch a tender next month.
